I have waited on the phone for up to two and one half hours to reach someone in life services. They do not answer their phones. Life services is thr department which helps close accounts when a loved one has died. Merrill Lynch adds insultl to injury. I want to give them zero stars but seemingly, that is not an option. Merrill Lynch, get your act together. Act like you care. Hire more people to do this work.
