WOW! I have been with Merrill Lynch for over 20 years and have never had this bad of an experience. I simply needed to sign a document and fax it back to the Merrill Lynch branch in Cincinnati. I was told they would not help me because I did not work with that branch directly. I am a client of Merrill Lynch but I cant use one of their branches for basic services?
