Merrill Lynch has frozen my brokerage account for 11 days and counting. I have invested my savings with them and now I have no access to my own money going on 2 weeks. I cannot believe this is legal. They say they are investigating a hacking incident but no one has contacted me once. All I have is a customer service representative who can't tell me anything. I reached out to this branch for help and no one bothered to call me back.
Please do NOT support them if you want to really maintain your wealth.
