When you call to speak with them they do not introduce themselves, then yell at you that you're wasting their time when you try to confirm that you're actually speaking with merrill lynch and not some random guy who answered hello. I'm going to start giving my financial needs to some guy without confirming first? Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
No one picks up. Terrible.
They simply don’t answer the phone. No receptionist. Left in voicemail hell.
