It should not be this hard to speak to a live person.
Horrible experience. They claim to send account fee notices by mail, but no one receives them. After one alleged attempt, they threaten to sell your shares. It's unbelievable that in 2024 they only send one notice by mail, without using email or their online account. It seems like a scam to find sneaky ways to sell your shares and steal from customers. I am transferring my shares elsewhere where I can have peace of mind. Avoid at all costs!
