Poor communication while trying to settle estate from family. No responses for 2+ week is ridiculous!
I talked to a lady on the 5th about moving my retirement fund to Merrill Lynch. She told me to come in the 12 to get everything set up. I get there as promised at 2 on the 12 and the lights are off, nobody home. After some investigating I found it was Columbus Day. She never bothered to call before hand to say actually they won't be there. She never called after to apologize or even reschedule. How much money do you guys need to take an interest in my retirement fund?
A Merrill Lynch Solutions Provider called me and set an appointment to share details about the services they could provide, but he never showed up for the appointment or contacted after he no-showed. No acknowledgment that he missed our appointment at all.
