Very bad experiences with one financial advisor called Joshua McCord. we had an agreement and when the time is closed, I sent him two emails and no replies. I called him and he said he was in a different line and will call me back in 20 minutes. Then never called me back. Very unprofessional and this makes me really doubt of his professionalism and communications with his clients. But on the other hand, he also has no obligations to help me as he promised.
