Terrible. My parent had investments here and as an heir of her estate, they are refusing and doing everything in their will power to keep us from getting the money in a timely manner. They have us sending the same forms over and over again, going in circles, and waiting hours on the phone. It's clear they want to keep our money, which is downright illegal. I would never invest in a place like this, they seem very shady.

So I called this Merrill Lynch Fort Smith office hoping to find someone to trust with investments. I left my number with the very friendly lady who assured me someone would return my call. Having not heard back I called them again the next day and once again was assured someone would call back. It's been days and still nothing... I would definitely steer clear of investing with anyone from Merrill Lynch. I've since learned this is not unusual for this company. Do yourself a favor and invest elsewhere!
