I started with inherited funds in a ML branch in Idaho; that branch sucked. Then I transferred all accounts to a ML branch in Federal Way; that branch was awesome. Then the Federal Way branch was merged with the Tacoma branch. (It is my understanding that almost all of the ML employees from the Federal Way branch quit shortly after the merger.)
