Horrible guidance from a Merrill advisor on a simple transfer, cost me $250 in lost interest, hours on the phone, and added stress to my life. Really disappointed in the way this institution is run. And I am a supposed platinum preferred customer. Hah
I went to this office to fund an already open account with a check. Since my last visit about a year ago, the office has been remodeled from an open, welcoming reception area to a foreboding, glass-enclosed cubicle. They didn't understand why I was there, or how to handle my request w/o a verification call & a conference. Seems like poor training & poor PR & definitely a degradation in service from my former visits to this site. Not a good impression to a person with a 6-figure check in hand.
Parked in front of this building without seeing the sign regarding parking. I stepped out of my car, readjusted my purse on my arm. I turn around, facing the doors of the building that this parking spot belongs to. Before I am even able to take a step, an older man says rudely to me “this isn’t parking for chic fil a, you need to park somewhere else”. Now here’s what bother me about this man’s comment: 1.
