I have found service to be exceptional, professional, and very valuable. I don’t know where those other reviews came from. But I am a real customer and this is a real good service organization.
Really disappointing service or shall I say lack thereof! A financial advisor was unavailable to speak with me when I first called to set up an appointment, so I left my information for a return call. No one ever bothered to call me back! That's ok though because I was wary about going with Merrill Lynch in the first place--Charles Schwab it is!
Finance is tricky
Terrible service, they do whatever they want with your money do not invest there!!
