For the past four months, Merrill Lynch has diverted the requests to release my (deceased) mother’s retirement account to her estate account. The attorney has been in contact numerous times only to be told again today that the paperwork is “incorrect”. However, the paperwork is exactly what Merrill Lynch requested and is fully visible to all parties.
