Merrill Lynch is the worst financial institution I have had the displeasure of working with. I will no longer be doing business with them. I spent 2 hours on the phone then an hour going to the office to speak in person with a representative and was told they couldn't help me and needed to use their website. Compared to Fidelity, their website is IRS.gov versus SusieCorman.com financial advice. Neither will help you but they will waste your time. In the words of the movie Animal House "EAT ME"
