My mother has become adjusted to her new home, it took about a month. She is in the Memory Care unit. The people are very helpful, patient and kind. They also do a good job on the food, better than the typical hospital.🤭
The facility is clean and well maintained. The service, communication and helpfulness of the Community Director is exceptional. She sincerely cares for her client's and their families.
We moved my mom to Merrill Gardens this year and we were worried about the transition into assisted living for her. Everything has been amazing here at Merrill Gardens Monterey. From Maureen who showed us around and is so caring and compassionate, to Lucy and Kathy at the Front Desk always greeting us with a smile, to the amazing Chef and staff that prepare food and serve it with a smile.
