My wife’s parents are residents at your Champions Gate location. They are both going through some serious medical situations. My wife needs to coordinate with the nurses and manager but no one ever returns calls. We urgently need help and would like assistance

RecommendedGreat place for your aging loved ones. Safe, friendly, great staff, great facility. My Mother loves it, and so do I. I enjoy visiting her, prior to the virus. Had many great meals in the Cafe and dining room. Thank you to all the staff for everything they do for each of the residents. You have earned your wings!
They are not allowing the residents to come out of their apartments. If they do they will be locked out until the Clovis 19 is over... older people need to move daily.. just not when you say it’s ok for them to move... this place sucks...
Yo recomiendo todo,como an dicho antes es como estar en un resort,pero mejor cuidada.Mi experiencia es de estar muy agradecida a todos ,empezando por James Hooper y terminando por todos los ayudantes ,los que te traen la comida te recogen la basura los que te traen el correo te arreglan lo que se te rompa y todos y todas lo hacen con una grande sonrisa ah y las que te toman la temperatura ,solo puedo decir una y mil veces ,Gracias Gracias por ser tu....
