Michael represented me in a complex employment matter and advised me throughout a very complicated negotiation process with my former employer. Retaining Michael was money well spent and I cannot imagine navigating the situation without him. In a situation where I was being treated unfairly, he made sure I came out on top with a very strong settlement and the ability to move on. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.
I'm not saying I don't respect a firm's decision to pass on taking a case, so I'm not salty about that. The intake specialist made it clear that up until now they're not in the habit of running a conflict of interest check on a website submission prior to the intake call where other attorneys do which means wasted time on both sides.
