Shout out to the two sales staff who assisted me on Friday, 22nd May in selecting a pair of hiking shoes. Your knowledge, patience, and genuine support were greatly appreciated. The afternoon staff, suggested going up half a size after carefully checking the shoe I was happy with and about to purchase. It was spot on advice. I wore the shoes on my walk the very next day, and they were absolutely perfect. Thank you for making the experience so smooth and ensuring I walked away with the right fit. Great service, had an issue with a shoe purchased in a different Merrell store and it was quickly resolved.
I had the best experience in the Merrell store today. The customer service I received from Jacob was outstanding, not only was he very helpful and patient, he took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I left the store with the right hiking shoe for my needs. I will definitely be back for my next pair of shoes.
