Great service, had an issue with a shoe purchased in a different Merrell store and it was quickly resolved.
I had the best experience in the Merrell store today. The customer service I received from Jacob was outstanding, not only was he very helpful and patient, he took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I left the store with the right hiking shoe for my needs. I will definitely be back for my next pair of shoes.
