Excellent service from Lucas. Not only was he the person that answered the phone in the morning. He also served us when we arrived. In general, his manner and his service were exemplary.
Bought sandals a yr ago n wore only twice, the middle strap broke n paid $100, not-happy at all for leather. Top strap was leather n below synthetic which broke that holds the sole, I am a shoe makers daughter n know about shoes.
