Shopped at Merrell yesterday at Harbour Town and as usual loved the friendly staff there. In particular Josh helped me get a great pair of black sandals and they were on sale and soooo comfy. This shop is my go to place for my Moabs, and last time I was there earlier this year Jess and John also helped me and I got another great deal. Such wonderful staff that clearly love what they do and provide excellent customer service.
Nice selection of Terrell shoes at reduced prices
It was time to return to Merrell for a new pair of shoes and this time Josh served me. I cannot speak highly enough about his assistance. This time I was considering the Merrell without the water proofing since I didn’t really need it and Josh helped me make an informed decision and allowed me to take my time, even with the shop busy and full of customers.
