Writing on behalf of a much more polite friend of mine, and his experience with this company. Was told the item was coming yesterday. It didn't. Was then told he needed to pick it up at the post office. Once there, he was told it was out for delivery. Same thing he was lied to about yesterday. Twice in as many days was he given the wrong instructions, and still doesn't have his item, and now has absolutely zero confidence that it will come when promised.
