Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stopped occasionally to get my glasses adjusted and always had a very good experience. I was there today and very pleased with the service.

Just stopped in to Mermaid in Lunenburg to get an adjustment on prescription sunglasses. Friendly, helpful staff made the adjustment in no time at all. Great customer service mindset.
I entered this shop with the sole & simple purpose of purchasing a neck strap for my reading glasses, yet received so very much more. I’m not talking material goods, here, (although I did purchase the most perfect eye glass neck strap EVER!), no, I’m talking solid, well informed , valuable KNOWLEDGE!
