Huge project trusted to Merlin, thru Luis Austin. TOTALLY snaked the job from under us and found there “ own roofer” to do a $3,000,000 tile job for $900,000 !!! Not even possible to do work for that. Merlin blew off the fair market pricing and insisted the HOA get more bids, they provided one to them and the HOA likes that price. What a terrible job of doing the right thing for the homeowners. Profits over morals. TERRIBLE WAY TO HANDLE WORK.
