Unprofessional and rude communication skills. The owner consistently disregards my input, imposing his own opinions without allowing me the opportunity to contribute or share my ideas. The guy had an inflated sense of self-importance, with a short temper, and a lack of awareness of client preferences. His taste in styles does not meet my expectations. I would suggest for him to adopt a more humble, respectful and client-centered approach in future interactions, and I hope he takes this feedback in a positive manner.
Absolutely love my new custom tuxedo with custom lining. House of Falcone had such good service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them especially if you are looking for a high quality customised suit.
