Purchased my fat fold 500 in octobre over 600 kms of fun took a few Wipeout on ice going to my work bike was fine nothing broken built really tough my bike is my car i use it for numerous purposes I'm very pleased with my bike I'm also very happy I supported a canadian company
Probably one of the worst company that I have ever dealt with , at first they would answer my calls , once I received my bikes I had nothing but problems with them , finally they took one back wouldn't refund all my money , now I'm having issues with the batterie and other thing , Lesson lean don't buy online buy from a reputable company , and my god stay away from this one. It wouldn't allow me to share before I added a star , so big 0 star rating.
Best shop service for off road Ebikes ever ☝️ These guys not only have a wicked Ebike selection, they were able to rebuild my ( bunk) “ online “ purchased foreign off road Ebike…. No one else would touch it… Thanks again for all your help & great customer service 👍 💯 % recommended It’s actually closed now ( June 2024)
