I worked at Merix for over a year as a pep operator. Not very high on the food chain but I liked it. My Husband worked at merix for 3 years in prepack, he just took the voluntary layoff. 2000 people were layed of not 50. In my opinion and seeing how the employees are treated at this company, I think that Merix officials are too busy playing golf than knowing what is going on in the factory.
