Did my taxes fine, but not transparent on their fees. Last year I was told it would cost x amount, then following year it would be 1/2 that amount. This year I got a bill for same cost as first year. When I called to ask why, they said their cost for a computer program had gone up. They should tell returning customers of their price changes. I’ll be going to H&R Block next year.
