Such a lovely winery and venue. The owner and staff are incredibly inviting, warm and knowledgeable. There’s a little something for everyone when it comes to wine, beer, indoor space, outdoor space, pub scene - so charming. Also, the pizza was so tasty. I planned on a stop in and stayed over two hours!
What a stunning place! Where do I begin?. First, they have something for everyone. If you want the relaxed ambiance of a quiet winery tasting room, they have the perfect pairing for you as well as a wonderful outdoor patio along the vineyard. The wine and the pizza were fantastic. Vibes were nice too. Just wish they had some more outdoor lighting. Be prepared for a bit of a wait on the pizza, but it's well worth it. Highly recommend the mushroom pesto.
The website still says (August 7) "exceptional tasting room." On August 6, at 1 pm, we drove an hour out of our way for a wine tasting there. Website and flag out front said OPEN. When we arrived, there were several people who had bought wine, and we drinking. The person at the desk informed us, "we are not doing tastings." If you want to risk going to this place, be sure to call and make them confirm that they are doing tastings. We were not happy with the way they blew us off, with not even a slight apology.
