Very rude staff, not able to answer questions professionally. Speaks very rude to callers ignore their calls and hang up the phone on them. Feel very comfortable telling customers shut up. No transparency on their policies and procedures. Get very upset if your challenge their answer to your questions or ask for detailed clarification.
