Staffs are very friendly I’ve been banking with the New Iberia and they have an excellent customer service The only problem I have is that they need to have a credit or debit card for an saving account
I’ve been banking with the new Iberia location for years and I absolutely love it! Troyelle always has made our experiences the quickest and easiest as possible! All the ladies there are friendly
We have three vehicle loans with them and they keep putting disability insurance on them without our permission. No paperwork was given to us in our folder with loan documents about the disability insurance at the time of the application. Be careful when signing online documents, have them explain everything, and check your statements carefully. All other service is exceptional.
