The ladies at this location are everything I can't remember names but the manager tiny close cut glasses literally saved my job a few weeks ago .. every last one of them appears to be happy to be at work t with the twins has earned a special place in my heart she's always respectful smiling uplifting and caring not to mention very professional I recommend you all join this credit union they will help you as much as possible

Each of the staff at the New Iberia Meritus Credit Union is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There was never a moment where we were not greeted by name and with a friendly smile. No matter the need we have, the problems we encountered or a question we have the staff always helped us with each of it. There was never a moment where we regretted that we joined Meritus Credit Union. We are so glad that we have that personal connection to each one of the staff here. A big thank you to you all, we love you.

I was helped by Mrs. Rita today. I would like to thank her so much for taking the time to help me. I must say that I am always satisfied with every visit or phone call. I cannot see myself Banking with any other bank. The customer service is always great.

My husband and I visit the Meritus Credit Union on a regular basis. We are always greeted with “welcome to your credit union”and lots of smiles. Besides utilizing our checking account and savings account on a regular basis, we’ve gotten a couple of car loans. The loan officer was very helpful, informative, and friendly. The new addition of the Tap cards has been very convenient - quick and easy transactions. We love banking at Meritus credit union!
