Update: 8/31/26 Check out the screenshot I just added below. My first two attempts to reach somebody at the local and their 800 phone numbers to get unlocked. Left me on hold for about 10 minutes each. The screenshot is my third phone call trying to reach a phone agent. Over 20 and 50 minutes!!! Absolutely no excuse for any Bank locking people out of their own money over a weekend and then you can’t even get a hold of the required phone agent to unlock it. BANK ELSEWHERE. We will be coming in the first part of next week to close our two checking accounts. We got locked out of our online banking on Friday night after only ONE typo! We already hate that we CANNOT opt out 2 factor authentication which is a total pain when you’re out in public and just want a quick glance at our balances. One typo mishap on the verification code while you’re on the go and you’re locked out until you call a live agent. Touch or Face ID alone is beyond sufficient for login.
