Stay far away from Meritrust. They stole my son's money. Claiming a western union money order is bad. We have confirmed with western union and Dillions it was cashed by Meritrust. But they are ignoring theses facts. I will be filing a lawsuit and filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. As it is they have started adding tons of fees, not notifying when something like this processes, their ATM are always out of order all over sedgwick and butler county. Taking our business elsewhere. Went to do a bank wire. Did all the paperwork and leave. Get home and receive a call from the lady that did the wire. Oh we forgot to have you sign a disclosure has to be done in person. Drive all the way back and go in the bank. The same lady tells me oh we can email the disclosure and go ahead and send the wire. I ask can I sign it and send the wire today.
