They have consolidated their entire billing dept to this location, the billing dept is to lazy to work normal hours, to lazy to bill insurance, and to lazy to pay attention when their lab screws up and has to be rerun on their dime so they bill ya for it anyway, they bill the patient for procedures they were to lazy to send through insurance. Got a bill in the mail from the hospital regarding a heart treatment I received about a year ago. However, I had already paid. There is no clarification as to where this money had went. Got stuck in a call back loop from office to office for about 30 minutes. Regardless. It seems a little fishy that I'm just now receiving a bill a whole year later with the EXACT SAME DOLLAR AMMOUNT. I had paid a YEAR AGO.

I called in regards to a bill I had got. Spoke to a jerk named David. He was very unprofessional, not helpful, didn't want to perform job, etc. He insisted that my bill still owed was $60.00 even though I had confirmation number where I payed my $48.31 bill in full in February. He kept insisting that it was for another day of service. Wouldn't listen toe about how the date he was staying was already on my previous bill. Ugggggg.
