The whole experience was very positive. Mark was incredibly helpful, offering suggestions and getting our order ready over the phone. Appliances were delivered and assembled quickly and were exactly what we expected and needed. Thanks so much!
Our freezer quit working while it was full of the summer's fish and seafood. We looked online at various websites and narrowed our choices. Merit had 3 to choose from when I arrived there at 11am. Marc acted with urgency and a new freezer was delivered at 1 pm. This is not the first time we have enjoyed great service from the Merit staff. Thankyou. Mary and Don
Customer service was above and beyond! Great product knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile. Pricing comparable to big box but a far superior experience. People that will actually help you and know where the product is - almost impossible to find that today!
