Mark has been great every time I come here!
Recently purchased a mattress from Merit and honestly will be coming back for further appliances in the future. Worked with Mark, the experience was pleasantly devoid of any BS sales shenanigans. Very straightforward and informative. Pricing is very reasonable and upfront. The store is huge and they carry good brands and models. Great experience!
After trying several other outlets who couldn’t provide the portable dishwasher I needed, I was so pleased to find that Marko at Merit Furniture had one in stock. He arranged delivery and helped me get everything set up smoothly. Excellent service—thank you, Marko and Nathan. Recommend highly.
Wonderful owners and lovely staff. We came from Powell River to buy, and they were able to accommodate us for pick up on Sunday which is beyond customer service! They truly went above and beyond for us, and we got the washer we have been looking for!! Thank you!!
