We bought 2 chairs ($12,000) and we were told we could get them for free for a year on but it wasn’t true the salesmen was lying to us we got a letter in the mail saying it $35 a month to finance our purchase. I think you be careful with the salesman lies.

Michael and Tony are fantastic! Loved every minute of our experience with Merit. We found our perfect chairs, and they were delivered the next day by two of the nicest people. They were tested and calibrated at our home and we were told to call back if we ever needed anything. They even replaced our Lay-z-boy remote for a chair we didn’t buy there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I just found out that Wendy is no longer the manager at Merit. She was the reason we shopped there. Now, they will no longer be selling appliances, but pushing mattresses. That will hurt their business in my opinion.

Staff was fantastic! Everyone was super helpful and most importantly I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. They didn't hound me. Then I got free delivery and the gentlemen who delivered it were careful, cautious, courteous, and respectful. Highly recommend.
