I just found out that Wendy is no longer the manager at Merit. She was the reason we shopped there. Now, they will no longer be selling appliances, but pushing mattresses. That will hurt their business in my opinion.

Staff was fantastic! Everyone was super helpful and most importantly I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. They didn't hound me. Then I got free delivery and the gentlemen who delivered it were careful, cautious, courteous, and respectful. Highly recommend.
Great experience from first setting foot in the showroom to the delivery and installation. Ample selection and quality furniture, no-pressure sales, patient staff who answered all our questions and adapted as we changed our scope due to measurements. Professional delivery (Thanks Jason and Curt) and an all-around satisfying experience. Highly recommended.
