Update, their delivery drivers can't seem to back down an alley without blocking it. Today, they took it an extra step and called bylaw to ticket everyone parked in the alley. There is plenty of room for an amateur driver to back a truck down there, but as I said in my original review, we're scraping the bottom of the barrel here. I have to say I'm disappointed in the customer service. We love our sectional, we do. There is a wireless charging station on it that had shorted a month or two after purchasing the unit. The techs came out and rewired things to bypass the short, so everything else is functional. We were told they were contacting the company about warranty and to give it a few weeks.
