We were happy with our first purchase with Bill at Merit in Nanaimo 2 years ago, so returned and received the same excellent service. Bill helped me choose coordinating material for the pillows to go with the Canadian made sofa and love seat, gave accurate timing for delivery, and ensured we received our new furniture on the promised day. We thank Bill, and highly recommend him.

RUDE staff, go in to speak to the manager and nobody even gets off their butts to see me, tells me the manager is busy, or not there that day, or basically any reason to not speak to me. Delivery drivers block up the alley for far too long because they aren't good at their jobs. I have messaged the city about their towaway signs in the alley; I think they just put those up and have no right to do so. Don't bother using their 'Send us a Message' feature. We asked for information on a washer/dryer combo but no one replied. So we bought them elsewhere.
