"They advertise on the Rush Limbaugh Show. Do you need any other piece of information?" That's a very mature way to rate a company. Merit has the pushiest sale people in the world. They call constantly. Now they are "Goldline" but still the same outfit. Stay away. Go to Fidelity.
January, 2014- Don't EVER do business with these folks. I made a $30k initial order. They will tell you up to18 delivery days. I'm at 22 working days and the 'product' is still not available, not sure when it will be shipped . You'll get shuffled to lots of folks with lots of excuses 'I'm not authorized to...'. 'will get back to you'.... YOU HAVE MY MONEY FOR 30+ DAYS. I wire transferred the money in, I can't get my funds back. You failed to deliver by the deadline and now it's all about excuses.
