It took three years to finally get my claim approved, but they worked with me the entire time and were upfront about their optimism levels when I expressed fears. They were very communicative, and worked with a pretty unique situation very well. I genuinely don’t think I could have done any of it without them, and I’m shocked their services over several years costs as little as it did. They’re doing incredible work for folks like me who can’t do this on their own.
