Janet Helped give me peace of mind when I had issues with another bank. I was in and out in no time. Everyone in the office was so friendly and kind.
Cashed a large check and they didnt even ask for my id which seems sketchy. Then tell me i have to wait 9 days for my check to clear. Then proceed to charge me a fee because my adress is wrong in the account. and when i call no one can help me. will be switching banks asap
I went in at the end of the day with a lot of questions and the ladies there helped me out with a smile on their faces. Im very greatful for their assistance, especially at the end of a long Monday. Going in person has always been a wonderful experience at Meridian Trust.
