Teller was extremely helpful and kind. Was able to cancel my lost bank card and got me a replacement quickly.
First off, I would also give them zero stars if I could. I walked in one morning on my day off to get information about securing an auto loan. I was in shorts, Metalica t-shirt, and a ball cap. I asked about borrowing about 12k for a car. And I got attitude and rude behavior from the start. Then I started talking about the car I was looking at.
