I just enjoyed a relaxing and energizing chair yoga class at AgeRight Health and Fitness! Thanks to yogi Pam Martin-McDonald for her thoughtful and inclusive approach.
I’ve been doing Pamela’s Saturday morning chair yoga class for the past two months. It is a beautiful hour of stress-free movement, breathing, and just being! I can’t wait to attend “Wintering - A Mini Retreat” this afternoon. Namaste!
I wasn’t sure what to expect before my first session, but was amazed by the experience. Pam is excellent at her craft and I look forward to each session.
Yin yoga with Pam. So very different from yoga i am used to. Yin yoga is so soothing relaxing for the mind body and soul. So good after a busy week to just wind down.
