I had a great experience after my last surgery. The staff were extremely competent and caring, really taking the time to explain each exercise and the reason each. Just had another surgery and will be returning for more therapy soon.
The OT's are more than adequate, however the management, in particular Nicole Castro in the billing department, is ostensibly more concerned with payments than patient care. She is ergeriously rude and unprofessional. When I initiated care, I informed them that my insurance coverage would be changing at the end of the year and I didn't want to have any interruption in my post-operative therapy.
