I am sharing a very unethical experience I had with Meridian Furniture. They sell their showroom samples at discounted prices on Facebook marketplace. I intended to buy a bookcase and confirmed it with the seller Ren, I drove 45 mins to their warehouse to pick it up, despite measuring beforehand and trying to make it work once there it would not fit in my car. Great experience at this furniture house in the USA. Wide selection, good quality, and reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the process easy. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this place to others.
Excellent customer service
I picked up one of their beds second-hand and have loved every night on it. After I bent the centre support bar I e-mailed support expecting the usual run-around; instead I was met with genuine kindness. The team quickly identified the exact part, walked me through the replacement process, and helped with the shipping details. Rare to see a company stand behind a product (especially for a second-owner!) this firmly. Highly recommended.
