An amazing company! Incredible customer service from Helen Alonso. I bought a beautiful Meridian chair from a third party, it was missing some key parts, I reached out to them via email and received a response in less than 24 hours. Within 48 hours they had located the parts I need and are sending them to me. I will give these folks my business in the future. Beautiful furniture and great customer service are not common.

I am sharing a very unethical experience I had with Meridian Furniture. They sell their showroom samples at discounted prices on Facebook marketplace. I intended to buy a bookcase and confirmed it with the seller Ren, I drove 45 mins to their warehouse to pick it up, despite measuring beforehand and trying to make it work once there it would not fit in my car.
