As a professional interior designer, I rely on vendors who deliver quality and stand behind their products. This company failed on both counts. I received multiple furniture pieces with visible damage — torn seams, fabric rips, and overall shoddy workmanship. When I filed a claim, their response was dismissive and borderline insulting: they called the damage “normal.” Let me be clear — this is not wear and tear. We purchased two black benches for our home and one of the benches came with two of the same leg. I was able to assemble the bench but it was clear that I needed a different leg on the right side. I made my original purchase on Amazon and was quite concerned that the remedy would be sending me a new bench when all I needed as a new leg.
