They are great. Treat us well. Low banking fees.
Every time I go to this branch I question why I even bother. They have no cash, they can’t do bank drafts, their doors are locked during business hours. My lawyers office is two doors down from this branch, yet I had to drive up to fourth ave Meridian to do basic banking transactions. Brutal
Worst bank they seem to wanna serve high income areas like scott street and Grantham or 4th ave but not downtown or other low income areas . this bank is a inconvenience if your not rich. My wife was told as well that her native status is not valid i.d to open a account when it is . ive sleo transferred money to my account and someone else transfers it back to my savings . i never did thst . its scary. As well king st closes at 5 n atms closed on weekends theres no other credit unions around so they chsrge 5$ to use another ... read more
Worst banking experience I’ve had in my life. This institution puts too much of a focus on their mobile app versus the actual customer experience. It is an absolute joke. I just feel mistreated.
