Better than the big banks.
I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Victoria. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I was honestly shocked when I was informed that she has only been working there for 3 weeks. I assumed she had been there for years. She helped me with every issue and went above and beyond to resolve my concerns and thanks to her and Jordan who was also amazing... I will be staying with Meridian for a king time. Thanks Victoria and Jordan!
Great customer service along with a great team at this location I like to deal with everyone there especially Perth
Good for basic banking but do not use their Qtrade connection for stocks etc. I have spent 3 months trying to transfer some cash from Qtrade to Meridian and I finally gave up today. It will be easier for me to move all my stocks etc from Qtrade to TD waterhouse and then into my TD bank accounts, then to Meridian if I want to purchase a GIC at Meridian. They tend to move their staff around too frequently which I believe undermines knowledge base of the individuals.
I love this bank. I've been here since I was a kid. Was free banking until I was 18. The staff is great, and the prices aren't bad.
