I tried to phone both the contact numbers and the branch number from England. All I got was a message saying the numbers were barred and I could not get through to anyone. Trying to do my payroll on line and all I get is a message that I am not set up for online banking. Not sure how I pay everyone else who are already set up for e-transfers then. Magic?
I’ve been a member for several years. Recently, what should have been a simple task turned out to be totally mishandled, and in the end was not completed. Each time I spoke with the call centre, I received conflicting information. I would NOT recommend this bank!
Not recommended to deal with them too complicated it took forever to fix a problem they made on my credit
