Hello Mariana Bank today I want to thank you for receiving the best call of my life from one of your representatives at this location. When she called me, she didn't speak to me in a very nice way because she's not able to admit her mistake. She told me I don't like how things are going, your credit is going to be damaged. Out of 18 calls to this local branch, not one of them was ever answered by a person. Of 4 messages left, only one of them was returned, and not before two days later.
I have no issues with the credit union itself or the staff at this branch. However their drive through ABM barely works. I can safely say in the last six months I have successfully been able to use it maximum of three times out of a dozen. It’s will be down for weeks at a time which is incredibly frustrating especially when you are on a time constraint and need to withdraw a small denomination of cash. This has been a longstanding issue and the branch has not dealt with it.
Professional courteous with a pleasant staff. No problem in over 35 years.
