Orysya Olyvko cannot keep her promises, i don't suggest to work with her
Very poor customer service today. Went in to get a money wire and was treated with terrible attitude. I switched over from RBC but now I am regretting this decision. My brother was visiting the branch with me today and I totally regret bringing him along because of the poor attitude that was shown to him. He was surprised by all of this as we have all of our money invested with this bank, yet treated so poorly. We left feeling like we made a HUGE mistake switching over. Horrible customer service since the old staff left. The teller was hostile when I told her I wanted to close my account because I no longer live in the country. She was aggressive and extremely rude. She was making faces when I was generally inquiring about the process. I would recommend looking into teller 9227
RECENTLY, IVE BEEN HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF. THEY DONT GREET WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. THEY QUESTION ABOUT WITHDRAWING CASH SAYING THEY CAN ONLY DO $1500 AT A TIME, AND MAKING ME RETURN EVERYDAY. I ASKED TO TAKE OUT EUROS, WHICH IS A SERVICE THEY PROVIDE, BUT DIDNT HAVE ANY. THEY SAID THEY COULD ORDER SOME IN BUT COULNDT GIVE ME A DELIVERY TIME OR SAY WHAT THE FEE INVLOVED IS. WHO ARE YOU EMPLOYING THESE DAYS? SO SALTY.
