Website says open . Sitting in front of branch , door is locked. Called they refused to let us in. Said by appointment only. Horrible service
Please do not even think of using this institution for investments! If you call no one answers and with the change of staff I do not know a name to punch in to retrieve a person. There doors are looked and an e-mail to Simcoe to be called about my investments resulted in nothing!! One how do you run a business like that and two how can you deal with any of your investments! Horrible branch that does nothing - refused to let me in last month to replace my faulty bank card and told me to go to the next closest branch 45 minutes away. Wait it gets worse: today they refused to do a wire transfer that I needed to conduct to a business - their constant excuse is they don';t have enough people - time after time, the same story - why don't they hire another staff or two and provide services to Norfolk county - if you live in this area, find another credit union, because bank services don' t exist with ... read more
Came to Meridean credit union in Simcoe. No sign on the door. Took 10 mins to come to the door. If it wasn’t for the recycling bin guy that was persistent in his knocking and ringing the bell, she probably wouldn’t have answered. An Older lady came to the door finally only to tell that no one could help me and that We didn’t have to knock on the door so much. She was very rude and unprofessional.
