Disregard the negative reviews.Unless you are looking for a date this place is by far the best .I am retired with lots of investments there and find they go out of their way to assist any way they can without being sales oriented like the one that "helps you move forward"
This place is god awful. From the front desk clerks to the Branch Manager. You walk in and the front desk ladies look at you like you have 3 heads, not even a HOW CAN I HELP YOU? I mean if you don’t like interacting with people, maybe pick a job behind a phone. This place took 5 weeks to approve/ deny a mortgage. “Branch Manager” Angela, is uh let’s say incompetent to say the least. First week into figuring out my mortgage, I had no follow up emails, no phone calls, absolutely no interaction from this branch manager. 2 weeks... read more
I’ve had 6 mortgages with other banks and Meridian has got to be the most incompetent bank ever. They wasted 5 weeks of our time to tell us they cannot approve mortgage. We all have stellar credit with tons of collateral. Do not recommend anyone going there. Go to Duca much easier to deal with. Did not go there initially because of distance. I’d rather deal with loan sharks
