Olivia is excellent to deal with. Very respectful and super helpful, she always goes above and beyond to figure out a way to help. Thanks to all the great staff here.
Terrible bank. I lost my debit card yesterday and I went in today. The lady's name was Olivia she was very rude and not helpful at all. She refused to give me a new card due to me waiting on my new ID (I went in with photo ID though). She than threatened to close my account. After today I will never recommend meridian in Hanover to anyone. The head office was even upset with the service and they've sent me a new card because this bank failed to do so.
