I banked with Meridian for years (almost 20) but last year when I went to meet with Andrea, she was very standoff-ish and didn't make me feel comfortable asking questions about further services. Everything I brought up was shut down by her and her answers weren't helpful. This (lack of) customer service turned me off and I decided to go to another bank that didn't charge monthly fees and am much happier there. I learned more about loans and lines of credit from Google than from the professional staff member.
For months and months I've been asking statements in the mail and every time I go into your establishment you guarantee me you're sending them in the mail, I have never got a statement in a year. Now money is disappearing out of my account and you're blaming me however how am I supposed to check my account when you won't even get me a statement. Yeah I know the postal States happening now but this is a year time I've been waiting for, definitely considering switching banks.
Well I politely asked the clerk on the phone how to put money in my account to keep being their customer. Well because every time I earn it gets taken away. Nobody in the world can fix this problem. There's no reward for it or any other problems in the world. I fixed them all I have $0.
